Individual Supervision

Clinical supervision with Chantelle is a reflective, relational space designed to support practitioners to think deeply about their work, themselves and the systems they operate within. Supervision with Chantelle is collaborative rather than prescriptive, offering containment, curiosity and challenge to support ethical practice, professional growth and sustainable careers. Sessions integrate reflective practice, trauma-informed lenses and creative approaches where helpful, supporting both skill development and practitioner wellbeing.

Chantelle delivers engaging, reflective, and practice-focused workshops for professionals across health, community, and education settings. Training is grounded in trauma-responsive, relational and creative frameworks, with a strong emphasis on practical application. Workshops are thoughtfully designed to be accessible, meaningful and inspiring, supporting participants to deepen their practice while also reconnecting with purpose, creativity and sustainability in their work.

Group Supervision

Group supervision offers a supportive and connected space for practitioners to learn alongside one another. These sessions foster shared reflection, collective wisdom, and normalisation of the complexities of therapeutic work. Groups are facilitated with care, safety, and intention, balancing structure with openness, and are particularly valuable for reducing isolation, strengthening professional identity, and building confidence through shared learning.

Play Therapy

Play Therapy is a form of child-led counselling for children who may be experiencing social, emotional, or behavioural difficulties. This approach is a way to help children make sense of their experiences, feelings, and behaviours all while doing what comes instinctively to them – playing!
